From Ellen 1/3/13 HI Virtual Salon Weekly Newsletter, - Here's a hot tip: don't ever take the red-eye flight from Los Angeles! I'm telling you, dahling. I landed Wednesday morning 8:30, still not recovered at 2:30 pm on Thursday. Also, the direct flight via Delta was cheaper than the one I took via Chicago on American.
- Malibu was warm, beautiful, and full of exciting learning... and I am happy to be back here, taking my morning walk on Lafayette Ave. (article about the workshop in Articles section.)

- Hugs to all,

Terry & Mark (I really did! my Alexander Technique is now way stronger. Come to the free practice on Sundays at 3:45. ellen) FROM: Claire Rechnitzer (my Alexander Technique colleague) ...when I had lower back pain (years ago, a thing of the past now, hamsah hamsah hamsah (like "knock on wood")), it was always worse in the morning. I thought I should do a lie down as soon as I woke up - but my then teacher suggested doing one before getting in to bed at night, to go to sleep in a better coordinated condition. That really did help, as long as i was not too tired and in danger of falling asleep on the floor. Also, if it hurts to stand straight - don't do it. Standing straight probably pinches a nerve, or aggravates an inflammation- FROM: Morris Williams Ellen: Do take that "cruise!." I see that your site is becoming more activist (patriotic) based. GREAT!!! "Hitchcock" Liette McManaman 1 from Clifton on 02 Jan Movie Review Hi Neighbors. We went to see Hitchcock at the Esquire a couple nights ago and it was fantastic. A very well acted and interesting story. The movie takes a look at Hitchcock and his wife during the making of Psycho. Great behind the scenes info on the making of Psycho and a positive message about marriage. Poem for Winter by Ellen Bierhorst January 24, 1974 Winter time for burrowing.
